The SniffPhone management organization is designed to meet the objectives of all of its stakeholders including: the European Commission (as funding body), the contributing industries and academic and research partners and their staff. The proposed structure takes the complexity of the project into consideration to implement the project as smooth as possible. It will also keep the management as simple as possible for such a complex project in order to optimize resources for actual development and other core activities of the project.
